1. **Functionality (35% Weight)**: Real utility, interactive mechanics, and working features underneath the theme.
2. **Theme Commitment (30% Weight)**: Fearless embrace of early-web retro chaos and tactile design.
3. **Creativity & Originality (20% Weight)**: Fresh ideas, novel angles, and inversion of conventional web design.
4. **Technical Execution (15% Weight)**: Clean architecture, zero uncaught runtime errors, and fast performance.

## Hard Rules
- **No Slide Decks**: Pitch decks and PowerPoint presentations are banned. Submissions are judged solely on deployed builds and Git history.
- **AI Coding Permitted**: Copilots, Claude, Cursor, and LLMs are allowed. However, code must compile and pass automated test suites.
- **Zero-Tolerance Build**: Code must exit with status code 0. Any build failure or runtime crash results in zero score.
